Kaveh has a proven track record in building digital products, managing technical projects, and driving end-to-end operational maturity for international organizations. He has led and mentored teams, managed product and project portfolios exceeding $20 million, and launched several technology startups—most of which failed early, with only one barely achieving success. These early failures provided him with invaluable learning experiences, arguably more impactful than multiple business degrees, fueling his drive to help others with this hard-earned knowledge. Currently, at Merck’s Human Health IT, Kaveh leads various divisional improvements, supporting managers and teams in building fit-for-purpose products and services to better serve their customers and partners. For this, he proudly calls himself the "Entropy Reduction Maestro." He also serves on the operations team at Merck Digital Sciences Studio, supporting startups and building liaison with Merck internal expertise.
